Challenge: Create a care package to keep employees working from home engaged due to Covid. Items needed to have a Minnesota theme or be made in Minnesota.
Solution: MIR created a care package that was delivered to employees during State Fair Time (which was cancelled due to Covid). Custom Masks and Hand Sanitizer bottles had Bold North artwork, along with treats that are made in MN! The State Fair theme was carried out with a custom State Fair Bingo Card to keep employees engaged while working from home.
