To develop an award and award process that can be used across the entire company (domestic and international) to recognize their employees for their achievement in the Lean Six Sigma program.

MIR created an rewards program that recognized the employees who excelled in the various levels of the Lean Six Sigma program. A turn-key process was developed for managing and fulfilling the awards on a monthly basis as the employees achieved their milestone within the program.
